Armacell Insulation
Armacell Insulation Systems manufacture thermoplastic insulation materials, covering systems, fire protection and noise reduction products and foams which are used as composite materials. They supply effective thermal and thermal-acoustic insulation systems for the special requirements of the oil and gas industry.
Armacell offer low temperature flexible insulation systems such as Armaflex Cyogenic Systems which are specifically manufactured to meet the demands of low temperature applications down to -200°C. These system offer advantages including flexibility, low density and lightweight, built in contraction and expansion joints, reduced risk of crack development and they are easy to install.
Another Insulation Armacell offer is sound control and thermal insulation called ArmaSound Industrial Systems that limit noise and protect installations against condensation and moisture. We offer insulation of this kind for pipes, valves and flanges that offer built in water vapour barrier, reduced maintenance costs and they have reduced thickness and weight.
Armacell also offer Armaflex which is a halogen-free elastomeric insulation material, it is made without chlorides and bromides therefore it has a very low smoke density in the event of a fire. It reduces maintenance costs, is flexible and is certified for use in marine and offshore environments.
Arma-chek R is a rubber-based covering material that offers system security to minimise the risk of CUI. It is fully weather-proof and resistant to UV-radiation, oil and chemicals.
