Product Description

Insulfrax is a revolutionary breakthrough in insulating materials technology. This product is based on a calciummagnesium silica chemistry, giving excellent thermal and physical stability up to its operational limit of 1000oC, allowing for excursion up to 1100oC. Insulfrax products also meet European regulatory requirements (Directive 97/69/EC).

Insulfrax products can be used in a wide range of applications as thermal insulation, particularly in fire protection and in domestic appliances. Insulfrax S Blanket has the same final product chemistry as Insulfrax, however it has been enhanced by a number of changes, this has improved the strength, and it has a softer, cleaner feel.  It has excellent handling strength and good flexibility. It offers stability in high temperatures and is excellent for acoustic absorption.
